Can't remember the name of a mild Indian curry?

This is going to sound so vague so I apologise.

The colour of the dish leads me to believe that you are referring to a Tikka Mossala, it is mild but not quite as mild as a korma which verges on being sweet. The flavour of a tikka mossala would be superior to that of a korma since the spices used tend to be more pungent and aromatic resulting in the sauce having a flavour that has more depth and rich.
